Shorewood Overview
Shorewood is a set of five story elevator
buildings located ocean side. There are three buildings, one on each side of the
swimming pool and one behind the pool.
Additionally there are some townhouse structures set back a bit from the pool. All units have a direct view of the ocean, but we designate those that are beside the pool as ocean front and those behind the pool as ocean view because they are set back by the length of the pool and it's apron.
The Shorewood pool includes a spa that is heated some months, and a kiddy pool is also available. It has an entry ramp, as seen below, for handicapped access.
All units have balconies overlooking the ocean. The balconies are accessible through sliding glass doors in the Master bedroom and the Living room.
