Ocean One Overview
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located ocean front.
Units with
odd numbers are Ocean Front, face the ocean and have large decks directly
overlooking the beach.
Units
with even numbers are Ocean Side, also have large decks, face the wooded parking lot and still
provide easy access to the beach.
The building is separated from the beach by an
ocean front swimming pool.
Ocean One units offer from two to four bedrooms, and two to four bathrooms. Some ocean front units have two ocean front bedrooms, others have one. The first digit of the unit number reflects the floor on which it is located, e.g.. 422 is on the fourth floor. All are flats except a very few penthouses, which have an internal spiral staircase to a second level.
Ocean One is an easy walk to the Coligny area with it's restaurants, shops, beachside bar and night life.
