The Greens Overview
Within Shipyard plantation is the Greens, a group of townhouse properties that are approximately 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean beach and provide an onsite pool for owners and guests. They are also a short walk to the Van der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club and the Crown Plaza Resort in Shipyard Plantation. Guests have tennis privileges at Van der Meer.
