Courtside Overview
Courtside is a complex of townhouses and flats located a block or two from
the beach. It is located near Van Der Meer tennis
center, and guests have
certain tennis privileges there.
Courtside is not far from Coligny Plaza and Beach Market for lots of shopping
and dining choices.
There are two main structures: on the
right as you enter is an "L" shaped building that stands alone, with a
swimming pool beside it; on the left is a set of buildings that form a
rectangle, with a swimming pool and lagoon in the center. Guests have a
choice of either pool.
Parking is directly in front of each property.
Two
and three bedroom units are available. Ground floor units are all flats and have
two bedrooms. Townhouses can be either two or three bedrooms and all have
entries on the second floor.
Access to the pool is through sliding glass doors at the rear of the units. Upstairs units have a spiral staircase to the pool level.
