Beach villas overview
Beach Villas are located on south Forest Beach Drive on the ocean side of the
street. They are between DeAllyon Avenue
and Alder Way and are within
walking distance of Coligny Plaza with its shops and restaurants. The
Beach Villas are laid out in a rectangle. One side of the rectangle houses
the ocean front units. The other units are arranged around a swimming pool
(and kiddie pool).
All units are three story townhouses, with a den and bedroom on the lower level, a half bath on the split level going to the second floor. Living, dining and kitchen are on the second floor, along with a large deck. Two more bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the top level. There is a patio off the den, and it is equipped with a pedestal mounted charcoal barbeque grill. There is covered parking in front of each unit.
